Dear Thea:
Morriss-Kerr Partnership, Ltd. has contracted to sell a piece
of real property to Mr: Clyde Dollar. The property fronts on State
Highway 27 on one side and Henderson Branch Road on the other.
Sent herewith is a copy of a partial plat of said property showing
it's location and dimensions. Mr. Dollar wishes to construct a
metal building on the property out of which he will operate his
deer feeder construction business. He also wishes to drill a well
and to install a septic system.
Also sent herewith please find copies of the proposals from
Edmonds Drilling Company for the water well and The Guadalupe
Companies for the installation. I will also try to submit a plat
of the property prior to your meeting. I am told by Mr. Charles
Domingues, who is doing the survey, that the tract consists of
approximately 1.9 acres. Should any additional information be
needed please contact me.
Please place us on the agenda for your March 25, 1996 meeting
for a Waiver of Plat Requirement and a Variance from Onsite Sewage

CONVENTIONAL SEPTIC SYSTEM INSTALLATION

RE: Proposal for a conventional septic system utilizing septic
tank or tanks and three foot wide absorption trenches with
leaching chambers for Hwy. 27. ton of Lazy H;IIR, 1o a P~
on 2 1/2 acres.
Dear Clyde,
This proposal is for the installation of a conventional septic system
for an office/plant containing 5000+ square feet. This system will
handle 300 gallons per day and will have a loading rate of Q.6 gallons
per square foot and a total trench bottom area of 378 square feet. This
work includes all materials to compose a complete and licensable system.
This work does not include permit fees.
In consideration of the above, Guadalupe Wastewater Company will be
compensated 53,164.18. An initial draw of $1.582.09 will commence the
work. Once the permit to construct has been issued and we break ground,
completion of the job is anticipated within Lwo and a half (2 1/~
working days, weather permitting. After the final inspection by the
Health Department and the dressing out of the installation is completed,
the balance of the payment is due in full, unless prior arrangements
have been made. The terms of this proposal are agreed to by the
following parties:
