APPROVAL. OF AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT OF
SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS AWARDS INTO THE REGISTRY OF THE COURT
On this the 26th day of August 1996, upon motion made
by Judge Robert A. Denson, seconded by Commissioner Oehler
the Court unaniwously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to
authorize payment of special commissioners awards, court cost
and expenses, contingent on payment of funds by Mr. Cummings
Group into the registry of the court in the four condemnation
proceedings, 3100.210 per each Special Commission per each
Condemnation Case to the County Treasurer to be distributed
to the District Co~_~rt and County Court at Law
