On this the 6th day of August 199, upon motion made
by Judge Robert A. Denson, seconded by Commissioner Oehler,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-@-0, to accept
the Letter of Cr-edit for drainage improvements in Saddlewood
Estates, Section One with the dollar amount to be agreed
between the County Judge, County Engineer and the County
Attorney.
