Bids will be accepted at the County Clerk's Office, Kerr County Courthouse, 700
Main, Kerrville, TX 78028, until 5:00 p.m., December 6, 1996.
Bids will be publicly opened on December 9, 1996, at Commissioners' Court and
after review on this date, the lowest and/or best bid will be accepted.
