LETTER OF INTENT
Let it be known, that the tract of land, consisting of
0.16 acres, as indicated by the attached survey plot, is
gifted to the KERR COUNTY of TEXAS. This tract of land is
free of any attachments, liens or easements, and it is
understood that the KERR COUNTY of TEXAS will have the sole
control of said property.
Upon the acceptance of said property by the KERB COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS COURT, the above mentioned tract will be deeded
to the KERB COUNTY of TEXAS.
