RE:	Bee Caves Ranch Road
On December 11, 1995, in Order #023048 the Court approved to accept one (1) mile of Bee Caves
Ranch Road contingent on the collection of $9,000.00 for the road improvements and on site materials to
be furnished by the Homeowners.
To date, the Treasurer has not received the money, and we have not heard from the Homeowners about
the available material.
We are scheduled to work in that azea with a contractor within the next 60 days. A dozer is needed to
push up the material and this must be contracted. Without the funds from the Homeowners, we can not
do the work needed to construct this road.
-- Once our crews move out of the area, it will not be feasible for us to return this yeaz.

Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept Bee
Caves Ranch Road for Ca~_~nty Maintenance being 1 mile of road
contingent on the collection of ffi9,~00.00 for the road
improvements and on site mater^ials to be fur^nished by the
Homeowners.
