Re: description of 0.13 acre, Kerr County, Texas.
All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the County of
Kerr, State of Texas, comprising 0.13 acre, more or less, being part of the street
Kathy Drive, which fronts on lots 6, 7, and 8, Block Two, according to plat of
Castle Estates, which is dated the 29th day of October, 1984, of recorded in
Volume 5, on page 89, of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, and subject
tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the''most northerly corner of said lot 8, the west corner of lot 9,
of said Castle Estates, being in the southeast line of said Kathy Drive;
THENCE with the southeast to south to southwest line of said Kathy Drive, along
the arc of a circular curve counterclockwise, having a radius of 50 feet, the long
chord bears a direction of N.88°43'W., for a distance of 69.8 feet, for a distance
along said curve of 236.88 feet to the end of curve, in the southwest line of said
Kathy Drive;
THENCE with the southeasterly extension of the southwest line of said Kathy
~ Drive, a direction of S.38°46'20"E., for a distance of 50.2 feet to its intersection
with the southwesterly extension of the southeast line of said Kathy Drive;
THENCE with southwesterly extension of the southeast line of said Kathy Drive,
a direction of N.45°33'28"E., for a distance of 53.7 feet to the place of
beginning.
