My recommendations are as follows:
Wilson Culverts with low bid on culverts.
Ergon with low bid on emulsion oils.
Henry Griffin is low bid with aggregate, and should have first consideration when purchasing.
However, I recommend we accepted all bids for aggreate based upon job site, trucking mileage,
supply availability, and quality of material from vendor.
