Cave Spring Addition Section Seven.
Dear Frank:
Earlier this year the Commissioners Court approved the preliminary plat of Cave
Spring Addition Section Seven. It consisted on one cul-de-sac street having 16
lots fronting it.
The developer will be building the street to county specifications. But in
securing estimates on the cost to construct the street we realized we did not decide
in the preliminary plat approval which street specifications to use.
^ The developer is requesting to build the street to the specification, 8.02 I.2.c
which states, Minor streets shall have a ROW of at least 40 feet, (the developer
requests a 50' ROW) shoulder to shoulder width of 28 feet; and a paved surface
width of at least 20 feet.
I suppose this needs to be placed on the County Commissioners agenda, for their
approval.
