by and operating under and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 7 of the General Laws en-
acted by the 43rd Legislature of the State of Texas ea amended, and acting pursuant to
resolutions of its Board of Directors, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS

acting by and through its duly authorized Commissioners' Court, the receipt of which is hereby
