SUBJECT: Budget Amendment
I need to transfer funds within my County Clerk's Budget in
order to pay a bill in the amount of $306.65 for certified
Vital F.ecords forms. This is a type of bank note paper,
a special paper that I am required by law to use to make
certified copies of birth and death certificates. I have
$294.56 in Office Supplies 10-403-310. I need $12.09 more
to pay this bill.
I would like to transfer $283.25 from 10-403-570 Capital
Outlay to Office Supplies 10-403-310. As I am going to
have to pay for typewriter supplies, etc. before the next
budget.
I am sorry we are under budget; but, we have no way of knowing
for certain how many copies we will be required to make.
