Kerr County Commissioners
Security State Bank and Trust is currently moving our securities
which are held in safekeeping from Victoria Bank and Trust to
Frost National Bank in San Antonio. In order to be transferred,the
securities need to be free of any pledging requirements. This
process will be done on the same day. Frost bank will issue
new safekeeping receipts indicating Kerr County as pledgee for
the same securities.
