Dear County Judge & Commissioners:
The Colonial 125 Cafeteria Plan re-enrollment date is September 01,
1996. Mr. Susnik, Account Director, feels it would be difficult to
"' do a re-enrollment at this time. He has suggested the enrollment
date be moved to November 01, 1996. It is almost impossible for
the employees to make changes to their current plan without knowing
what their medical benefits will consist of.
By changing the renewal date to November 01, 1996 the employees will
be able to see if any additional benefits are needed. This will also
enable them to see if their budget will allow for any additional
coverage.
