THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME SUGGESTED CHANGES IN OUR
BASIC COUNTY HEALTH INSURANCE FOR PURPOSES OF
GOING OUT FOR BID5.
1. Use our current policy at no cost to employees with following
changes:
A. $1,000 Deductible then 80%
B. $25 Doctors Office visit (Co-Pay)(Participating Physician}
C. No Rx Card
D. 90% pay to Sid Peterson Hospital above $250.
E. 100% Wellness care at minimal amount ($100-$200
Maximum)
2. Offer other features for the policy at cost to employee including,
but not limited to, Dependent Coverage.
3. Obtain bids for above with a $25,000 stop loss (current level)
and also for total insurance coverage (no county exposure).
4. Bids notice should also solicit alternative bids should there be
special plans in the marketplace.
