ACCEF~TANCE OF HARDER VALLEY RANCH ROAD
FOR COUNTY MAINTENANCE
On this the 8th day of January 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner- Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept
Harper Valley Ranch Road for county maintenance effective
October 1, 1996 and have the homeowners put 35,000.00 in
escrow for- the reconstruction of said road.
