Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Cour^t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-@, to accept
Estates Drive and 6r•eenleaf Drive in the Estates of Turtle
Creek for^ County maintenance and release the maintenance bond
of 315,as~cl.aQ~ as the roads meet the specifications of the Kerr•
County Rules and Regulations.

RE: Roads in Estates of Turtle Creek
The Final Plat of Estates of Turtle Creek, Section II, in Precinct 2 was completed May 22, 1995.
A letter of credit and maintenance agreement for construction of roads was to be held for one
year.
At this time, we find both roads in Estates of Turtle Creek (Estates Drive and Greenleaf Drive)
meet the specifications for Ken County Rules & Regulations.
We ask that you accept these roads for Kerr County maintenance, and give us permission to
release the $15,000.00 Maintenance Bond.
