Commissioner Oehler-, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Cour-t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-N-0, to accept
Cimarron Raad for Ker-r County Maintenance and amend the road
list to include Cimarron Road.

December 11, 1995, Court Order # 23041 was conditional for the acceptance of Cimarcon Road
to be accepted for Kerc County Maintenance.
The conditions as outlined in the attached order have been met and Kerc County Road & Bridge
has seal coated this road.
We ask the Court to note this in the County records.

conditions 1) F?oad shall be b~_+ilt with adequate ditches far
drainage, c) Existing road scarified and mixed with 6"
thickness, Type A., flexible base and r•ecompacted to 95'/., 3)
Add herbicide to kill yrt.+ss in roadway, and 4) Money to be put
in escrow for• payment of ms+ter^ials to be used.
