1. Add three foot section of shelving unit to match existing
in Attorney's Storage Room; stain and seal with clear finish.
Move light switch to be adjacent to existing door frame. $ 360.00
2. Delete re-installation of reception window and counter; provide
in lieu thereof: a) 1 1-3 /8" solid core stain grade birch door sealed
to match existing (no view panel with surface applied hinges, stop, and
latchset hardware to match existing; b) install 2 of the removed secur-
ity lighting fixtures in the County Attorney's Office, at locations as
directed by Architect. Add 10 days Contract Time. 1,072.00
3. Provide 4 grab bars required by ADA and TAS: Bobrick con-
cealed fastener, two #680ox36" back wall, two #36806x42" near
side wall, mounted at 33-36" above finished floor. 331.00
(Window order time of 28 days is concurrent with 30-day Final Payment)
