PROPOSED COURTHOUSE RENOVATIONS for KERR COUNTY KERRVILLE, TEXAS ~J DI STEFANO/SANTOPETRO ARCHITECTS, INC. ARCHITECTURE • PLANNING - SCHEMATIC DESIGN SUBMISSION January 8, 1996 DI STEFANO / SANTOPETRO • ARCHITECTS, INC. ARCHITECTURE AIA PLANNING .a Kerr County Commissioners Court Hon. Robert A. Denson, County Judge 700 Main Street __ Kerrville, Texas 78028 Dear Judge Denson: ~` This submission represents the Schematic Design requirements for the Kerr County Courthouse Renovation. The information included has been developed after a number of meetings that have taken place during the past two months. We thank all the individuals who have taken the time out of their busy schedules to work with us on the development of this submission. We are anticipating that the entire project will be done in phases, with the first phase consisting of the modification to the County Judge/Commissioners/Auditor/JP Area. That may -- then be followed by the second floor Annex demolition and finally, the actual build-out of the New District Court on the second floor of the Annex. ~- The cost estimate shown is just that - an estimate. While we feel confident that what we have submitted is fairly accurate, these costs are subject to a myriad of circumstances over which we have no control; one in particular being the changes in costs due to the passage of time.
