ApF~ROVAL OF NDMINRTION TO THE KERR COUNTY
CENTRAL RPPRAISAL DISTRICT BORRD OF DIRECTORS
On this the 26th, day of January 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to nominate
Fred Cannon to fill the vacancy of Grady Fort on the Kerr
Central Appraisal Distr^ict Board of Directors,
Item 1.1 Consider and discuss declaring a state of disaster
based on the threat of lar^ge wild fires in Kerr County and
enact an Outdoor Burning Ban.

APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION DECLARING A
BURNING BAN
On this the 26th day of Januar-y 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to sign a
resolution for Outdoor Burning Ban declaring a disaster based
on threat of large wild fires in Kerr County due to dry
conditions and high winds effective immediately.
