M. and final plat to be presented at that time. Item .4 Replat of Tracts 7 & 8, Sheppard Hills Estates; consider- Final r^e plat approval with a letter- of credit to construct Spanish Oak Dr'. to Kerr County Standards; and set f'~_rblic Hearing for same. This item was passed until the next Court date being February - 26, 1996. The letter' of credit was not ready at the time this item was pr^esented to the Co~.ir't. Item 2.22 Consider- and disc~_iss v~ario~_~s increase in catchment area of Kerrville State Hospital and impact on County Offices. Judge Denson just wanted to make the Co~.tr't aware of the new catchment area fur Kerr' Co~_inty and what kind of work it will be p~.~tting on all departments such as the Co~.mty Attorney's Office, the County Clerk's Office and all the Justice of the peace Office's he also will have more of a work load and he didn't want the Cour^t to hear' this information from anyone else. On the more positive side the State Hospital won't close; Employees will keep their jobs; and we have plenty of bed space available.
