On this the 26th day of February 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner' Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Lehman , the
Court unaniwously approved by a vote of 4-@-@, to accept
the recommendation from the road and bridge department for
the annual bids on culvert pipe, aggregate, and emulsion
oils.

l This item was discussed and Leonard Odom is to get back to
the Court with different purchase options.

Guadalupe Ranch Estates Section 3, Tracts 329 & 331 and
set public hearing for same. (County Engineer)
