change Order^ No. 2 on the General Construction of Kerr County
Law Enforcement Center and authorize the Judge to sign the
same.
Item 2.11 Consider and discuss application fnr Final Payment
due Contractor and Architect on Kerr County Law Enforcement
Center. (County Judge>
The item was discuss and the contractor to make a physical
inspection with the sheriff to check on unfinished items that
still need to be done. And to wait to make payment till
the ~.~nfinished items are done. This item will be on the
agenda for March 4, 1996 to see where we are and discuss it
at that time.

Judge Robert A. Denson, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-8-0, the
immediately clos~_ire of the front entrance of the Courthouse,
with barn^iers and erect signs for public to use the side
entrances of the Co~_ir•thoi.~se.
