Commissioner Holekampr seconded by Commissioner Oehlerr the
Court approved by a vote of 3-0-i with Commissioner Lehman
opposingr to accept the termination of Contract for- Design and
Construction Contract Administration of the Kerr County

This item was discuss and the direction of the Court is to
start with the City of Kerrville on the Riverside Project
direction. Commissioner Holekamp is to get with the City of
Kerrville and get something going in that dir^ection.
Item 2.15 Consider and discuss Environmental Health Department
Services during periods of vacation or other absences. (County
Judge).
This item was discuss and the Environmental Health Department
can provide services d~_iring the absence of an employee the
response time might not be as quick when one person is out of
the office. The r^esponse will be in the time frame.
