Commissioner Holekamp, and seconded by Commissioner Lackey,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve
Amendment to Chapter a, Sale or Transfer Inspections, Rules &
'~, Regulations of Kerr• County for On-Site Sewage Facilities
retroactive to include all pending files. The amendment shall
be attached to this order,
