Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to pay
E5. 00 from Line Item No. 10-401-571 Commissioners Court
Contingency Fund to Secretary of State Corporations
and to pay $150.00 from Line Item No. 10-436-417 198th Special
Trails to Eunice Garcia.

APPROVAL DF LIFTING BURN BAN FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 29th day of February 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to lift the
burn ban for Kerr County till 6 G.M. on March 1, 1996 subject
to contacting local Volunteer Fire Department.
