AND THE JUDGE TD SIGN ALL DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO SUCH

Commissioner Dehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, on the lease
of the live bottom dump truck and for- the Judge to sign lease
agreement and other documents pertaining to such.
