IN SEWER LINE EXTENSION TO RIVERSIDE DRIVE
On this the 11th day of March, 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp and seconded by Commissioner^ Oehler, the
Cour-t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to
par^ticipate with the City of Kerrville in sewer^ line
extension along Riverside Drive to the Rg Bar^n with the County
cost of the project to be capped at 569, 360.0QY.

On this the 11th day of March, 1996, upon motion made by
Judge Robert A. Denson, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to extend the
burning ban for Kerr County.

the engineer. The Court recess on this item at this time till

Item 2.11 Consider and discuss placing historical marker on
Courtho~_~se lawn commemorating James Kerr for• whom Ker-r• Co~_inty
was named. (Clar^a belle Snodgrass/Wanda Henderson)
This item was discuss and information given on securing a
marker^ for commemorating James Kerr. The Historical
-- Committee will pay for^ the marker which will take about six to
nine months to receive. The Histor^ical Committee is to pick
a spat on the Courthouse Lawn where to place the marker-.
