(Clarabelle Snodgrass/Wanda Henderson) This item was discuss and information given on securing a marker for commemorating James Kerr. The Historical Committee will pay for^ the marker which will take about six to nine months to receive. The Historical Committee is to pick a spat on the Courthouse Lawn where to place the marker.
