Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept the
proposals for- general liability and proper^ty insurance from
Texas Rssociation of Counties and Laverrvia Insurance Agency
and have the Auditor and County Judge make their
recommendation to the Court on March c5, 1996.

IN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE RURAL SUBDIVISIONS REGULATIONS

Judge Robert R. Denson, seconded by Commissioner^ Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, for- the County
to be the inspection agency r•egar•diny subdivision plat
requirements far developments located in the ETJq the County
to receive the Letters of Credit and lot suing in ETJ
subdivisions to be 3 acres.
The Judge gave information on the proclamation on April ~,
1996 for- the S~_~tt family.
