Claims and Accounts to pay the Invoice No. 674@8.
CDMMISSIONERS' COURT HELD A WORKSHOP' SF_SSIDN for the
discussion on Courthouse space allocation for the County
Clerk. (County Clerk>
The Co~_tnty Clerk discussed needing the space given to the
Treasurer's Office back because she is needing to add some
mare moveable shelving into her office and she wo~_ild be
needing to move the Commissioner°s' Co~_rr•t Dep~.xty. Growth of
Mental Health a7-~d F'r•obate ar•e causing the need for mare
moveable shelving and her• needing mor•fz space. Commissioner
Holekamp stated he is not interested in moving the Treasurer
o~_rt of her• office at present. Judge Denson stated the space
above where the c~_~r rent .jail is has not beers designed for•
anything yet. The County Clerk also informed the Court that
in the fut~_ire she would like to have early voting take place
in the Co~.rr-t house and asked permission to ~.xse the storage
space ~_rnder•neath the stairs for the Co~_mty Clerk to ~.rse.
