On this the 22nd day of April 1996, upon motion made by
Judge Denson, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Gour•t
voted by a majority vote of 3-2-0, with Commissioner Lehman
and Commissioner Lackey Deposing to terminate the burn ban
for Kerr County.

AP'P'ROVAL OF DESIGNATING A DEi'UTY
FOR COURTHOUSE SECURITY
On this the 22nd day of Apr^il 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner^ Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Dehler•, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-8, to designate
a Security Dfficer from the Sheriff's Department for
Courthouse Security effective May 1, 1996 with deputy pay to
be i2a,217.@@ annually to cover all courts as bailiff when
needed or' assigned, S. W. A. F'. assignments, serve warrants
when necessary, post civil postings on Courthouse bulletin
board and overall courthouse security and law enforcement
information when requested and/or needed.
