APPROVAL TO TERMINATE HURN PAN FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 22nd day of April 1996, upon mation made by
Judge Denson, seconded by Commissioner Nolekamp, the Court
voted by a majority vote of 3-2-0, with Commissioner Lehman
and Commissioner Lackey Opposing to terminate the burn ban
for Kerr County.

AP'P'ROVAL OF DESIGNATING A DEPUTY
FOR COURTHOUSE SECURITY
`-- On this the 22nd day of April 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-8, to designate
a Security Officer from the Sher-iff's Department for
Courthouse Security effective May 1, 1996 with deputy pay to
be f20,217.00 annually to cover all courts as bailiff when
needed or' assigned, 5. W. A. P. assignments, serve warrants
when necessar-y, post civil postings an Co~arthause bulletin
board and overall courthouse security and law enforcement
infnr-mation when requested andJor needed.
