RPPROVAL OF IMPLEMENTING BURN BAN FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 29th day of Rpril 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court approved by a vote of 3-1-0, with Commissioner Holekamp
Opposing, to implement burn ban for^ Kerr County d~_~e to the
lack of rain and extremely dr-y conditions.

Dn this the 29th day of April 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Co~.~r•t voted by a majority vote of 3-0-1 with Co^missioner
Lackey Abstaining,to hire Mike Walker as architect fiar^ the
renovation of the Courthouse at a rate of 6.75 :c for- the
entire project to include F'hase I, F'hase II, and Phase III,
and F'hase I to be at 7.5 X guaranteed maximum and appoint
J~.idge Denson as liaison for the Court on F'hase I.
