specification to be picked up in the County Clerk's Office
and received by the Co~_inty Clerk's Office on May 24, 1996,
until 5:0@ P'. M. and to be opened and r^e ad in the County
Commissioners' Co~_ir-troom on May 28, 1996 at 10:00 R.M.
