On this the 2~th day of May 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner- Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint
Judge Denson to do a shady on the cost and efficiency of an
Independent Office of Elections Administrator and report back
to the Court as soon as possible.

resolution for disaster- designation for South Texas as a
result of drought conditions as presented to the Court.
