Commissioner Oehler^, seconded by Commissioner- Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
(81.97 from Line Item No. 10-497-499, Miscellaneous, to
Line Item No. 10-497-216, Employee Training, and authorize to
pay 5231.97 from Line Item No. 10-497-216, Employee Training,
and authorize a hand check.
The County Treasurer and County Ruditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher for (231.97 made payable to Rda Martelon for
reimbursed employee training expense.
(--. Item 2.1 Consider change in preliminary plat of the Homestead
_ at Turtle Creek, Precinct # 2, and amending Court Order No.

THE HOMESTERD RT TURTLE CREEK
On this the 28th day of May 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner^ Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Cour^t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
preliminary plat of The Homestead at Turtle Creek and amend
Court Order No. 23306 to show changes of 10 additional lots
being added on both sides of road to original preliminary plat
of May 13, 1996.
Item 2.2 Consider final plat for Cr^eekwood IV, and consider
~ amending Court Or^der- No. 23307 approving preliminary plat.
