Court unanisausly approved by a vote of 4-@-@, to transfer
(81.97 from Line Item No. i@-497-499, Miscellaneous, to
Line Item No. 10-497-216, Employee Training, and authorize to
pay 5231.97 from Line Item No. 1@-497-216, Employee Training,
and authorize a hand check.
The County Treasur^er and County Auditor ar•e hereby authorized
to draw a voucher for 5231.97 made payable to Rda Mar-telon for
reimbursed employee training expense.
Item 2.i Consider change in preliminary plat of the Homestead
~ at Turtle Cr^eek, Precinct # 2, and amending Court Order No.
233@6 to show changes if necessary. (County Engineer/Lee

Commissioner Halekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Cour^t unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-@-@, to approve the
preliminary plat of The Homestead at Turtle Creek and amend
Court Order No. '~33@6 to show changes of 10 additional lots
being added on both sides of road to original pr•eliminar•y plat
of May 13, 1996.
Item 2.2 Consider- final plat for Cr^eekwood IV, and consider
amending Court Order No. 233@7 appr^oving preliminar^y plat.
