This item was discussed and Ray Lehman, Chuck Brecher^, and
Howard Hollimon ar^e to yet together to discuss this further.
Item 2.9 Consider and discuss appointment of Tax Abatement
Board. (County Judge)
Mr. McCarley said they were looking to appoint a Tax Abatement
board. We need to appoint someone to serve on that board
and get with Kirt Mc Carley. This per^s on is to get
information and not to make decisions and being back to the
~` Court by way of an agenda item or wer11 take matters one at a
time. Commissioner Oehler Volunteered to be the member of the
board.
