This item was discussed and Ray Lehman, Chuck Hrecher, and
Howar^d Hollimon are to get together to discuss this further.
Item 2.9 Consider and discuss appointment of Tax Rbatement
Board. (County Judge)
Mr. McCarley said they were looking to appoint a Tax Rbatement
board. We need to appoint someone to serve on that board
and get with Kirt Mc Carley. This person is to get
~` information and not to make decisions and being back to the
Court by way of an agenda item or we°11 take matters one at a
time. Commissioner Oehler Volunteered to be the member of the
board.
