This item was discussed and Ray Lehman, Chuck Brecher, and
Howard Hollimon ar^e to get together to discuss this further.

Board. (County Judge)
Mr. McCarley said they were looking to appoint a Tax Rbatement
board. We need to appoint someone to serve on that board
and get with Kirt Mc Carley. This per^s on is to get
~ information and not to make decisions and bring back to the
'~_ Court by way of an agenda item or we'll take matters one at a
time. Commissioner Dehler Volunteered to be the member of the
board.
