FEE FOR CONDEMNRTION PETITIONS
On this the 28th day of May 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Holekamp, and seconded by Judge Denson, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to authorize the
payment of filing fee for- condemnation petitions for 1625.00
with funds to come from Contingency Fund.

PUDGETED FUND5 TO THE CRISI5 COUNCIL
On this the 28th day of May 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, and seconded by Commissioner Holekamp,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to
authorize the reallocation of funds to take 11,500.00 from
Line Item No. 10-660-338, Partner's In Parenting, and (500.00
from Line Item No. 10-660-447, Water Development, to Line Item
No. 10-660-440, Cr^isis Council and authorize a hand check
immediately to them.
Item 2.7 Discuss and approve tr^ansferring 110,000.00 to
budget line 10-512-335 (Prisoner Transfer) fr^om 10-512-333
(F'r•isoner Medical) to provide for- the rest of this budget
year. (Sheriff)
