IN THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 28th day of May 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman and seconded by Commissioner Oehler the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to change the
transfer of 6,000.00 to f2, 000. 00 from Line Item No.
10-512-333, Prisoner Medical to Line Item No. 10-512-335,
Prisoner Transfer in the Kerr County Sheriff's Dffice.
Item '2.11 Consider and discuss setting date for budget
workshops for the fiscal year 1996/1997. (County Judge)
Workshops are to begin Monday June 17, 1996 with the list to
begin with District Cler^k at 9:00 A. M., County Cler^k at 10:00
R.M., Tax Rssessor/Collector at 11:00 A. M. and County
Treasur^er at 1 :30 F'. M. and Sheriff at •2:00 P. M.
Commissioner Oehler and Commissioner Holekamp will help with
the Road and Hr^idge Budget.
Item 1.4 Approve and accept Monthly Reports.

RCCEPTRNCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 28th day of May 1996, came on to be considered by
the Cour^t the reports of the County and Precinct Officials of
Kerr County, Texas and having heard and considered by the
Court finds that said r^epor^ts should be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to
audit. Upon motion made by Commissioner- Holekamp, seconded
by Commissioner^ Lackey, the Court unanimously accepted
