Commissioner I__ackey stated the developer of the area had given
this land for- a park to the homeowner-~s of the area. The
homeowners have stated they will maintain and patrol the area
themselves. The County has no responsibility over this
property.

Commissioner Lehman reported we are hosting the Wild Game
~^ Dinner and Dance. The iced tea will be done by Commissioner
i_ackey, H. F. R. will donate the Potato Salad. The I{err•vilie
State Hospital i.s going to let us i_ise their decorations of
boots that are bl~_re. 'Thy-irsday we have another meeting,
Commissioner Oehler is pr-aviding the meat, and everything is
looking good and falling into place. There has been one
coy-city that has withdrawn and that does p~_tt Kerr Coy-mty in a
financial bind and we are looking for some sponsors to make ~_tp
the difference.

This item was discussed with Softwar^e Grotap and Telecom
Sect_trity Systems. Several Officials were in tF-ie a~-tdiet7ce to
disct_tss their problems with the systems. Mr. Thomas had same
suggestions on how these pr-~oblems coy-tld be worked o~-tt. The
Cotart wo~_tld lil<e to interface both systems with minimal cost
to everyone involved. Software Grog-tp and Telecom Secs-trity
have been working together bt.tt they are ~-ms~_tre who needs tc
pay the additional fees for- systems. Poth entities have spent
a lot of time on this project and they need cooperation from
all department heads. J~-tdge I>enson stated he wanted to move
forward b~-tt we need 'to have a true integrated cost. fat this
time the system is a view only system nothing can be input.
