ORDER NO. 3381 RF~F'ROVAL OF ENACTING PURN RAN FOR KERR COUNTY On this the 24th day of J~.ine 1996, upon motion made by County Judge, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court voted 3-2-0, with Commissioner Holekamp, and Commissioner Oehler, Opposing to enact the Piarn Pan for^ Kerr Co~_tnty due to extremely dry conditions. Item 2.2 Consider' and discuss Inter^f acing Computer' Systems of Courthouse and .jail. (County Judge) Judge Denson spoke to Tommy Tomlinson and Tommy had the idea of putting a modem at the Sheriff's Office but this would mean the Sher^iff's Department would be inputting the infor'motion into the computer and this would be doubling the work for the Sheriff's Office, but it would save fr^om having to purchase the additional terminals that were s~_tggested previously. The County Judge is to take this yap at a later date with Tommy Tomlinson and the Sheriff giving Tammy the oppor-t~.tnity to talk to Software.
