Dn this the 22nd day of July 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appr^ove the
grant application to Texas Forest Ser-vice to assist the Kerr
County Volunteer Fire Departments with the installation of dr-y
hydrants and have the County Judge sign said documents.

Padget for Rpproval or' Disapproval and a~_ithor^i~e the County
Judge to sign Resol~_ition if Disapproved.

Commissioner- Lehman but after- fur^t her discussion the Coi_ir-t
decided it would be better if legal counsel would advise the
Court on what should be done.
Item '2.4 Consider- wor^k sched~_ile for Road and Pr-idge in
relation to availability of water.
The Co~_ir•t advised Road and Pr^idge I7epar•tment to continue with
t-he work schedule as planned.
Item 2.6 Consider- ad discuss No F~ar•king signs for Pr•idge on
Seaga Road River crossing.
This item was tabled and that^e is a Co~_ir^t Order in place to
""' erect No F~arking signs for Pridge that was passed on March 23,
1992, Court Order # 20850 but the sign was never put up.
