On this the 26th day of August 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner^ Holekanp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-@-@, ratifying
the acts of the Kerr-vine City Council to approve an increase
in the fuel flow fee fr^om the cur-rent rate of f.@4 per^ gallon
to a rate of f.@5 per gallon at the air^port.
