ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this 'the 2Eth day of A~_~gust 199E, came on to be considered
by the Court the reports of the County and Grecinct Officials
of Kerr- County, Texas and having heard and consider-ed by the
Court finds that said r-eports should be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and s~_~b.ject to
audit. Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp,
seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanisously

Hates Rsset Management Group discussed with the Co~_irt that all
ins~_ir^ance companies will deal with the county. Mr. Pates will
either- wor^k on a commission or^ by a fee. He feels we should
go bacl< to the foundation see what we ar-e trying to provide
for^ the employee. He also said we should go back to squat-e one
with someone. Judge stated that our d~_~ty is to save the
taxpayer money. Mr- Pates company works for the buyer and see
what is out there in the insurance world for you.
