AWARDING THE BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
RENOVATIONS TO THE FIRST FLOOR RND BASEMENT OF THE
COUNTY COURTHOUSE
On this the 23rd day of September 1996 upon motion made 6y
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Judge Robert A. Denson,
Commissioner Oehler withdrew his motion.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED TO COMMISSIONERS' LACKEY AND
LEHMAN OFFICE.
The Court had a telephone conversation with Mike Lowe of
H&M Construction about their- bid for the construction of
renovations to the first floor and basement of the County
Courthouse which was to low compared to the other bidders.
Mr. Lowe stated that he made a mistake on his bid and would
like to withdraw his bid on the construction job. The Cour^t
accepted Mr. Lowe withdrawal of the bid.

AT 3;45 P. M.
Commissioner Oehler had to leave.

COUNTY COURTHOUSE
On this the 23rd day of September 1996, upon motion node by
Judge Robert A. Denson, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court voted 2-2-0 , with Commissioner Lackey and Connissioner
Lehman opposing, accept and award bid for construction of
renovations to the first floor and basement of the County
Courthouse, to Rhodes Commercial Construction, Inc., failed.
