the Co~_trt with wanting to leave a por-table stage covering the
fountain and to place a sign showing the ma.jor• donors.
Commissioner Lehman is to look into finding a place to store
the lights during the off season. The elected officials ar-e
cooperating in allowing ~_~s to put electric candles in the
cour•thorase windows.

Highway 41 at the Roadside p'ar•It. (Commissioner p'ct. #4)
This item was disc~_iss by the Court and the Texas Department of
Transportation should have a contract by October 24, 1996 with
someone to da the trash pick up at the Roadside F'ar•k
on State Highway 41. Commissioner- Oehler had looked into
having RFI have a dumpster• at the roadside park and it wo~_~ld
be very expensive to have one then'e. The Texas Department of
Tr^ansport ation are to come back to the Co~_t r-t on October 28,
1996 with more information on this item.

have a vehicle on the east end and the west end of the ca~.inty
for emer-gency purposes grid have the sign man and Road
Administr•ator• take a vehicle home.
